Specializing in the beautiful Texas Hill Country region, he has the perfect blend of passion and experience to make your home building dreams a reality. As the construction enterprise and economy constantly change and present unique challenges, we approach every project with innovation, flexibility, and patience.

Our mission is not only to construct sturdy, beautiful, and functional products for our clients, but to build long-lasting and trustworthy relationships. Most of our projects come from word-of-mouth recommendations, so it’s important that we do our jobs well. We also believe in only working with top quality materials in order to provide a truly excellent final product - every single time.
As a Veteran owned company, we would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to those who have served in uniform and proudly recognize and support our first responders for their continued commitment and sacrifice.
Our Story
Jim and Cali Beeman are high school sweethearts that began their journey after they married in 1993. Upon graduating from high school in 1992, Jim decided to join the U.S. Air Force and was selected to become a heavy equipment operator. He developed a deep passion for the construction field and quickly became a skilled operator that was constantly challenged to design and construct high-value government projects despite meeting difficult timelines and budget constraints. After 20+ years of dedicated service to his country, Jim decided to embark on another journey…life as a civilian. As nervous as Jim was to make the transition to civilian life, there was one thing he was definitely sure of…Texas hill country is where they would call home. While stationed in the San Antonio area for one of his tours, they purchased land in hill country and anxiously waited to build. While watching their home being built, Jim was fascinated with the building process and knew exactly what he wanted to do.
Jim’s extensive construction knowledge and attention to detail, experience, and comforting demeanor puts first-time home builders at ease - which normally can be a very daunting experience. His relationships with contractors result in a faster build timeline than competitors. His honesty, integrity, and can-do attitude are the pillars that define Beeman Custom Homes!
